Fee is charged in installments as mentioned in the fee card.
Fees may be paid at the school fee counter through cheque or demand draft.
Fees may also be deposited online through Paytm.
All dues must be cleared by the 15th of every month.
A late fee of Rs. 100 will be charged up to the 20th of the month.
A late fee of Rs. 200 will be charged up to the last working day of the month.
If the fee remains unpaid beyond this period, the student’s name may be struck off the register.
A special concession of Rs. 1000 may be granted by the Principal or Manager if the fee for the full session is deposited at the beginning of the session.
Any fee once deposited is non-refundable.
It is compulsory to bring the fee card at the time of depositing the fee.
Report cards will not be shown until all dues have been cleared.
Students with pending dues will not be allowed to appear in tests or examinations.
No exemption or deduction in fees will be allowed for holidays or absence.
If a child is withdrawn in the mid-session, a minimum of six months’ fees will be charged.
Re-admission may be granted only with the approval of the Principal on payment of Rs. 2500.

Attendance
Regular attendance is essential for good academic performance.
A minimum of 80% attendance is compulsory for a student to be eligible to appear in examinations.
In case of leave or absence, a written leave application must be submitted in advance.
If a student remains absent for 10 days without information, the name may be struck off the roll call.
Re-admission in such cases will require payment of a re-admission fee of Rs. 500.
Every student must be present on the reopening day after each vacation.
No student will be allowed to leave the school premises during school hours.
All requests regarding absence or late coming should be mentioned in the school diary.
Class Work and Home Work
Class work includes both oral and written work.
Class tests are conducted at regular intervals.
Class performance and tests are taken into consideration for promotion to the next class.
Home work in all subjects is given every day in all classes.
Parents and guardians are requested to ensure that the child completes home work regularly.
The home work diary must be signed by the guardian every day.
